2. Return Policy
Since many of our products are made-to-order or personalized, we only accept returns for defective items. If your product is found to have any manufacturing defects, we will gladly resend a new one to you at no cost.

a. Eligibility for Refunds
Time Frame: Refunds are processed within 2-5 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
Condition: To be eligible for a refund, the returned item must meet the return eligibility criteria mentioned above.
b. How Refunds Are Processed
Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy requirements.
Approval: If the return is approved, we’ll begin processing your refund.
Method of Refund: Refunds are processed back to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirming the refund once it's processed.
Partial Refunds: In certain cases (such as if the item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts not due to our error), only a partial refund may be issued.

Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 2-5 business days after approval.
Bank Processing Time: Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
4. Damaged or Lost Items
a. Damaged Items
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If your order arrives damaged, please follow these steps:
Immediate Inspection: Check the packaging and items for signs of damage.
Documentation: Take photos of the damaged items and the packaging.
Contact Us: Email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage.
Resolution: We will either send a replacement or issue a full refund based on your preference.
b. Lost Items
In the rare case your package is lost:
Track Your Shipment: Use the USPS tracking number to check the status of your package.
Contact Us: If the tracking shows that the package was delivered but you haven’t received it, contact us right away.
Investigation: We will work with USPS to locate the package and determine the next steps.
Resolution: Depending on the outcome, we will either resend the items or issue a full refund.
5. Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if there is an error in production or shipping. Please reach out to our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order if you encounter any issues. We’ll assist with a replacement or refund if needed.
What Evidence Should You Submit for Replacement?
Please provide clear evidence of any shipping or product issues. Required photos include:
Wrong product shipped: Photo of the wrong product, and photo of the shipping label.
Size issue: Photo of the shipping label, a ruler measuring the product’s size, and the tag size.
Damaged items: Photos of the damaged product and the shipping label.
6. Cancellation Policy
If you change your mind about your purchase, simply email us at admin@centroqm.com with your order number and requested changes. Orders can be modified or cancelled within 6 hours of purchase. After that time, orders will be processed and cannot be cancelled.
A transaction fee of 1.5% of the order total will apply for cancellations. If you switch to a new order, the old one will be cancelled automatically, and you’ll receive a full refund.
